Scientific Notation
How do you record the weight of an eye lash? A dust particle? The antennae of a butterfly?
You use scientific notation. So the average weight of a dust particle? 0.000000000753 kg.
So in scientific notation that would be 7.53 x 10-10

Reading a Graph
So you have used graphs since elementary school right?
How do you actually read them? How do you actually use them?! You Identify what you are looking at and then Interpret it.
SO this is the (I 2) - Identify and Interpret
The "I2" method is the best!

Graphing Skills - Creating Your Own
SO what's with the Giraffe?
Easy - All Giraffe's have tails....
A little science humor!
All kidding aside, all Graphs have TAILS
Tails stands for:
T = Title - what are you looking at?
A = Axes - these should be labeled with the independent and dependent variables
I = Increments - label them! What are they showing?
L = Labels - Label it all! Use a key if it will make it clear for the reader.
S = Scale - is it correct? did you skip anything?
SO "giraffes" do have tails!!! :)
Which graph shows the results best? Can you list three types of graphs?
